🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If something’s not right with your order, here’s how we can help.


👕 Return Policy for Apparels

  • If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags and invoice.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us via a cost-effective courier or registered post at your own expense.
  • Once we receive the product and verify its condition, your refund will be credit to your original payment method within 7–10 working days (excluding shipping charges).
  • Return transit usually takes 5–7 working days (delays may occur due to unforeseen factors).

Note:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made products, surprise tees, or products purchased during special offers or sale periods.
  • If the package is delivered in damaged or tampered condition, please refuse delivery immediately and inform the delivery agent.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the returned product meets our quality check guidelines.

🎁 Replacement Policy for Accessories

  • Replacement is only offered if the item is:
    • Wrongly delivered
    • Defective
    • Damaged in transit
  • Contact us at support@gadbadi.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will re-deliver either exchange or replace product within 5 working days.
  • The item must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will offer you the option to:
    • Exchange for another item
    • Receive a refund (shipping charges excluded)

Replacement products take 5–7 working days to process after we receive the returned item.


❌ Cancellation & Refund on Canceled Orders

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g. payment deducted but order not placed), it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

📩 How to Initiate a Return or Report a Defect

  1. Email us at support@gadbadi.com within the return window.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return or issue
    • Clear images/videos
    • Your contact details
  3. Our team will review and respond with the next steps.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We do not offer reverse pickup currently. You are required to ship returns back to our address.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders with Partial Advance Payment: The partial advance amount is used to cover forward and return shipping costs. If the order is not accepted at the time of delivery, this amount will be used towards logistics charges and therefore cannot be reversed or refunded.
